Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using WBOLS (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. Your use of WBOLS signifies your acceptance of all provisions herein, which may be updated from time to time. For example, standard terms and conditions agreements customarily include clauses on acceptance, acceptable use, user content, disclaimers, privacy, payment, termination, and governing law. User Obligations and Conduct: As a user of WBOLS, you agree to comply with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations. In particular, you will not use the Site to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

This license is necessary so we can display and promote your ads on the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to post any content you submit. Your content must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. We may remove or disable access to any content that we, in our sole discretion, determine violates these Terms or applicable law. For instance, many online services prohibit uploading “unauthorized copyrighted material, spam, or malware,” and allow removal of such content. We do not regularly review all content, but we reserve the right to edit, remove, or refuse any user content that is false, harmful, or violates our rules or the law.

Paid Services and Payments: WBOLS offers certain paid features (e.g. classified ad boosts, premium memberships) to enhance listings and access premium benefits. All fees for such services are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Unless expressly stated, payments for paid features are final and we do not prorate or refund fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing, promotions, or the terms of paid services at any time (for example, “to offer discounts or permanent price changes… without prior notice”), but we will endeavor to post any material changes on the Site. You agree to provide valid payment information for any purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal or through bank); we do not store your payment card data and cannot be held liable for the services of those providers privado. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your paid purchases.

Third-Party Services and Links: WBOLS may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as analytics providers, advertising networks, or social media logins). For example, our policies permit immediate termination if a user has provided false or misleading registration information, interfered with other users, or otherwise violated the Terms. Upon termination, your account and content may be deleted or hidden, and you will no longer be authorized to access the Site. Termination of one user does not obligate us to terminate any other accounts, even if they are related. The provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive any termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WBOLS expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, WBOLS (and its owners, affiliates, and employees) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any third-party services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes liability for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or any other losses. For example, one set of terms notes: “We will not be responsible… for any direct or indirect… damages… in connection with your use of the site”. If applicable law limits these disclaimers, we limit our liability to the greatest extent permitted (e.g. in Pakistan the Digital Personal Data Protection Act may impose certain obligations, but does not create additional warranties).

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WBOLS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms. This includes any claims related to your content or actions on the Site. For instance, many Terms require users to indemnify the platform for claims resulting from their use; e.g., one site’s terms state the user must hold the company harmless from any claims “resulting from your use of and access to the Site or your violation of these Terms”

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan. For example, similar agreements specify that disputes will be handled in Pakistani courts (e.g. “courts of Lahore… will have exclusive jurisdiction”). In case of a conflict between English and any local language, the English text shall prevail. You agree that any claim or lawsuit under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

Miscellaneous: These Terms (together with any policies referenced herein, such as our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and WBOLS regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. We reserve the right to assign our rights or delegate our obligations under these Terms. Any waiver of a term must be in writing. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
