The Apple Watch Series 11 runs watchOS 26, is powered by the S10 (64-bit dual-core with 4-core Neural Engine) chipset. The display is an always-on Retina LTPO OLED (either 374×446 px in the 42 mm or 416×496 px in the 46 mm) with Ion-X or sapphire glass. It offers up to 24 hours of regular battery life (up to 38 hrs in Low Power mode) and supports fast charging (15 min ≈ 8 hrs). While it retains the same main rear camera (i.e., it has none; only front sensors for video calls), it boasts advanced health sensors including ECG, SpO₂, sleep score and hypertension alerts, plus 5G cellular connectivity in compatible models.
